Dear Friends,
I have a little confession: I am a total crier.
My kids always laugh at me because I get emotional over everything—they’d probably tell you I’m the type of person who cries at the Minecraft movie. But whenever I go to the symphony, an opera, or a show, the tears just start coming.
For a long time, I wondered why. But recently, watching a performance, it finally hit me. I’m not just moved by the art itself. I am moved by the craftsmanship.
When you watch a beautiful show, everything looks effortless. But deep down, you know what it took to get there. You know that inside those ballet shoes, the dancer's toes are bruised and blistered. You're seeing years of invisible hard work, passion, and relentless discipline packed into one single moment on stage. Every minute of the day is sixty seconds long, but the weight behind those minutes can be so different depending on how much love was poured into them.
That is exactly how I feel about our real estate business.
To be honest, we don’t feel like salespeople. We feel like artists, or stage managers preparing for opening night.
In real estate, it’s easy to do the bare minimum. You can just throw up a sign, take some standard photos, and host an open house. But we choose to go a little crazy with our "listing craftsmanship." We treat every home like a custom-made dress, tailored specifically to show off its absolute best angles.

We edit and polish every single photo and video in multiple ways. We’ll make up to six different videos just to highlight a home's architectural design, construction techniques, and neighborhood vibes—sharing them across five platforms in multiple languages. We’ve even gone as far as making a custom song to sing about a home.

For our open houses, we don't just open the door. We set up a beautiful afternoon high tea with fresh flowers and French bakeries. We design custom labels for the bottled water with the house address, making it feel like a high-end wedding favor.

We custom-build 24-page property booklets using mixed-medium vellum paper and thick, glossy cardstock so buyers can physically feel the quality of the home.
Behind that beautiful, seamless "show" is a team working past midnight with dark circles under their eyes. It means endless hours of training, boring administrative details, and nights where negotiation takes over our lives until 11 p.m., meaning we don't even get to say goodnight to our own kids.
But we honestly love it. This is our passion and our mission.
And that dedication actually works. Just last night, our team ratified five transactions.
Five homes, five families, and five incredible results that happened because we refused to cut corners and negotiated until the very end to protect our clients' value.
We are just so incredibly grateful. Every time a client hands us their keys, it feels like we’re being given the honor of owning the stage. Thank you for trusting us to craft something beautiful for you. It is truly our honor.
Warmly,
Wen
